Delivery

Same day delivery is guaranteed for orders going to Yamba placed and confirmed by 2pm eastern time.

Next business day delivery is guaranteed for orders going to Maclean and Grafton placed and confirmed by 2pm eastern time.

If there is no one home at the time of delivery the flowers will be left in a safe place. If there is no safe place to leave them, the flowers will be returned to the store. (This may incur additional fees)

Deliveries to rural areas cannot be guaranteed and may incur extra delivery fees. We will contact you if your order falls into the category.

Delivery is additional to all prices listed.

Fresh Flowers and Plants are only available for local delivery. (Yamba, Iluka, Maclean, Grafton)

Flat rate local delivery is $12.00.

Cancelations

We can cancel your order and provide a full refund (with no fees deducted) right up until the delivery date requested. The refund will be made to the same account / card as originally used.

Unfortunately, if the flowers have been made up and are in transit or have been delivered to the recipient we will be unable to cancel the order or refund you.

Quality / Customer Guarantee

As a general guide you can expect your flowers to last between 3 and 7 days. If for some reason they do not last 3 days, please contact us with photos so we can rectify the situation by providing replacement flowers or a refund.

Flower Availability

In some cases not all pictured flowers will be available and will need to be substituted with a different flower of similar style and value. If there is nothing of similar style we will contact you prior to delivery.

Valentines Day / Mothers Day

Orders for delivery close 24 hours prior to peak trading days.

Due to the large number of orders, no specific delivery times can be guaranteed​​
