Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will receive an automated confirmation email of your order.
I cannot see the delivery date I selected, did it go through?
Yes, we have received your required delivery date. This detail doesn’t come through on your confirmation email.
Do you deliver same day?
Yes, Willow Botanica delivers across the Clarence Valley Monday – Friday.
We have daily deliveries to Yamba, Grafton & Maclean. Iluka Monday, Wednesday & Friday. As well as once weekly deliveries to most rural areas.
Please contact us to confirm exact days for rural deliveries.
Will my flowers look exactly like the picture?
Our pictures are used as a guide to style and colour only. Some flowers may be seasonally unavailable, or delivered in tighter bud form to ensure maximum longevity. Rest assured we use the highest quality flowers for all our arrangements.
Can I create a custom Arrangement?
If you wish to customise your order, give us a call on 0425 210 150. We will be more than happy to guide you through what is currently in season and organise a unique design based on your budget and personal preferences.
Can I add a greeting card and message to my order?
Yes, you can. There is a pop up on all product pages where you can enter your personalised message. (Don’t forget to save your selections)
Can I choose the delivery day for my order?
Yes, you can. There is a pop up on all product pages where you can select your preferred delivery date. (Don’t forget to save your selections)
Can I add extra gifts to my flowers?
Of course, you can select any of our gift products to accompany your flower delivery. We will gift wrap/package all your selections to create a complete gift.
How long will my flowers last?
Willow Botanica guarantees to use the freshest available seasonal flowers and quality products in all our bouquets and arrangements.
While we endeavour to provide a vase life of at least 7 days for all our arrangements, this can depend on the flower varieties you choose. We do however guarantee all our flowers to last a minimum of 3-5 days. If you are looking for something that will last longer we suggest selecting from our range of native & wildflowers.
If you are unsatisfied with your gift, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can work with you to resolve your concerns.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, provided your order is not already made or onboard for delivery, we are happy to make any changes to your order. Please phone us on 0425 210 150 to make any changes.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order with at least 24hrs notice. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel same day orders or where 24hrs notice has not been provided.
